The Diabetes Support Group
The Diabetes support group is for anyone who has diabetes, who has a diabetic family member, or who wants to learn more about this devastating illness. The group meets the third Saturday of the month from 10 am to 12 pm at the Hispanic Family Center.
Diabetes open goes undiagnosed because many of its symptoms seem harmless. Recent studies indicate that the early detection and treatment of diabetes symptoms can decrease the chance of developing the complications from diabetes.
